How and when do I register?

Delegates can purchase tickets from our website here

Delegate tickets go on sale on October 01, 2017.

Sponsors can purchase packages from us directly here

Sponsor Early bird expires on October 31, 2017.

Will the speakers' be selling books or training programs?

It is a possibility that a couple of our speakers will be selling their books or training programs. 

All major credit cards and cash will be accepted.

Is there a dress code?

Business casual or whatever makes you comfortable. After all, it is the weekend. 

Mark Zuckerberg, Co-Founder, Chairman & CEO of Facebook wardrobe consists of 12 of the same hoodies so he doesn't waste time deciding what to wear. We wouldn't ask him to change his hoodie, so wear what you want.

When will I get confirmation of my purchase?

Your confirmation and receipt will be emailed to you immediately upon your online registration by our automated system.

When can I view the Summit Agenda?

The agenda has already been published here

The speakers will all be updated as they are confirmed, the final agenda will be published two weeks prior to the summit date. It is subject to change.

Is parking available nearby?

There is a special event rate for valet parking in front of the Parq Hotel entrance of $11 all day as well as 1400 underground spaces. Prices to be announced shortly.

Why not take the SkyTrain? It stops at Stadium Station minutes from the Parq Vancouver.

When and how will I get my tickets?

Electronic tickets will be emailed to you immediately after your online purchase with us. The email will include your confirmation number, receipt and tickets in PDF format to download and print.

When you arrive, please provide the e-ticket or a printed copy of your e-ticket along with government issued photo identification to gain access to the conference. If you do not receive an e-ticket please contact us immediately.

What is the cancellation policy?

Tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, tickets may be transferred to another person or a future conference.

1. To transfer tickets simply email sales@bcpreneur.com 

with your name and ticket information along with the name and email of the person the ticket is being transferred.

2. To transfer tickets to next year's BCPRENEUR Summit, simply email sales@bcpreneur.com with your name and ticket information. Please note complimentary passes can not be transferred to the next year.

Will there be a chance to network with my peers?

The days are really packed with amazing speakers and exhibitors so we have put together an evening event for both days.

Saturday will be a private VIP Cocktail party. 350-400 of the conference speakers, sponsors and VIP pass holders will enjoy an open bar and hors d'oeuvres from 6pm - 8pm at the Theatre foyers. Entertainment will be provided.

On Sunday evening we have the Cabana Lounge in Vancouver reserved for a private function and 350-400 of the conference speakers, sponsors and VIP pass holders will enjoy a night on the town dancing and mingling at one of Vancouver's hot spots! The wrap party will be from 9pm to 1:00am. Private booths available, contact us at sales@bcpreneur.com

Is lunch included with my ticket?

Meals are not included in the ticket. There are a variety of dining options nearby. We will be providing complimentary coffee and refreshment stations with light snacks in both the exhibit  hall and theatre foyer.

What should I bring with me?

Have your elevator pitch ready. Bring a notepad, pen and business cards as there will be lots of key takeaways and networking opportunities. 

We suggest you leave tablets and laptops at home as there will too many visitors to charge devices and we are not responsible for any loss or theft.

What if I misplaced my ticket?

In the unfortunate circumstance that your ticket has been misplaced, lost or stolen please contact us at sales@bcpreneur.com

Will I be assigned a seat or is it general admission seating?

Regular ticket holders have access to general admission seating on a first come, first serve basis.

VIP Pass holders, sponsors and partners will benefit from reserved seating. The exact location of your section will be identified on your arrival. For further information, contact us at sales@bcpreneur.com

VIP pass holders will be assigned special reserved seating.

Do I need a ticket if I am in the Pitch Contest?

Yes! Everyone attending the summit must have a ticket. Pitch Contest contestants must have a 2 day regular pass at minimum as they will be competing for two days and announcing the winner on Sunday at the end of the event.
